Boilers are built for wood burning on the principle of gasification generator with the use of a gas exhaust fan, which removes the flue gases from the boiler, or drives the air into the boiler.
The body of the boiler is made of 3-8 mm steel plates.The combustion chamber is equipped at the bottom with a heat-resistant mounting pipe with the longitudinal hole for the flue gases and gas passage. The neutralization part of the multi-chamber furnace under the combustion chamber is equipped with ceramic fittings. There is a vertical flue gas duct at the rear of the boiler body, which is equipped with a heating valve at the top. The upper part of the flue gas duct is equipped with a gas exhaust outlet for connection to a chimney.
Reverse combustion and a ceramic combustion chamber enable perfect combustion with minimal pollutant emissions. The boilers conform to the requirements of environmentally friendly product according to the directive No. 13/2002 of the Czech Ministry of Environment. They meet the European standard EN 303-5 and the entire rate of boilers in class 3.
The boilers ATMOS have to be connected through the thermal regulation valve, to be able to maintain the minimum temperature of the water returning to the boiler at 65°C. The temperature of the water leaving the boiler must be permanently maintained between 80 - 90C. The standard configuration of all boilers includes a cooling circuit to prevent overheating. We recommend the installation of boilers with accumulation tanks.
All ATMOS boilers are certified in testing laboratories for each of the destination countries: State Testing Laboratory Brno, TV Munich - Germany, Lithuania, Ukraine, Sweden, Poland, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary according to current standards - EN 303-5.
