Vacuum tube solar system with 300 litre non-pressurised tank from SOLENERGY.

How it works:

This solar system uses vacuum tubes for heat absorption. The high degree of vacuum between the outer and inner tube reduces the heat emission caused by convection and conduction to a very low level. The whole vacuum tube transfers the energy from sun to heat energy by high absorption rate and low emittance rate of layer films. Depend on the different density between hot water and cold water, a cycle created in the tube that hot water ascending and cold water descending, keeping the natural circulation , so the water in the tank will be heated.

System practically without maintenance, without glycol and without pressure in the tank.

Main advantages in relation to a conventional vitrified thermosiphon:

1- It does not use glycol.

2- Stainless steel tank.

3- No need of pressure reducer/expansion flue in the sanitary water.

4 - Greater quantity of hot water available due to no movement of cold water entering the deposit.

Recommended system for up to 5 persons.

Guarantees: 10 years for vacuum tubes and 5 years for the tank.
